1. Purpose of the Website

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern access to and use of this website and the digital products offered through it.

The website provides downloadable digital content supplied in high-resolution digital formats (Google Sheets and/or Excel).

The characteristics  of each product are specified on the relevant product page.

2. Access to the Website

The website is accessible to users with internet access and compatible equipment.

The publisher makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access to the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, technical operations, or updates.

The publisher shall not be held liable for interruptions, bugs, incompatibilities, or temporary unavailability of the website.

3. User Account and Security

Where applicable, users may create a personal account to access purchased digital content.

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;

  • maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials;

Digital products are supplied in high-resolution Google Sheets and/or Excel formats (depending of the product).

Supported formats are specified on each product page.

The customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their equipment, software and internet connection before purchase.

Google Sheets and Excel are standard formats broadly recognized by most modern devices and operating systems. However, the seller cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party hardware, software, or user configurations.

7. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or external resources.

The publisher exercises no control over such external services and cannot be held responsible for:

  • their availability;

  • their content;

  • their legality;

  • their security practices;

  • or any damage resulting from their use.

Access to external websites is undertaken at the user’s own risk.

8. Liability

The publisher makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and updated information on the website.

However, the publisher does not guarantee that all information is complete, error-free, or continuously updated.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections granted under applicable law or of the right to bring proceedings before competent courts.
