Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations between the seller and any person purchasing digital products via the website or any platform operated by the seller.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered are digital downloadable files, specifically printable posters.
They are provided:

in high-resolution Google Sheets compatible and/or Excel
The essential characteristics, including formats and content, are specified on each product page in accordance with Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the price in force at the time of order confirmation.
As a French sole trader (auto-entrepreneur), VAT is not applicable, in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts). Prices are therefore net.
Article 5 – Order
The order is considered final upon payment confirmation.
The customer has the possibility to review order details before validation, in accordance with Article 1127-2 of the French Civil Code.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made through secure payment methods available on the website.
Transactions are processed via a secure payment provider.
Article 7 – Delivery of Digital Products
Products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. (via a download link sent by email or accessible directly on the website after payment).
Delivery is made via:
- direct access to a downloadable PNG and PDF file
No physical delivery is carried out.
The customer acknowledges that:
- the product is a digital content without physical medium
- they must have appropriate equipment (Google account, Excel software appropriate reader, etc.)
File formats are widely compatible and commonly supported across most devices.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts.
However, pursuant to Article L221-28, 13°:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where:
- performance has begun,
- the consumer has given prior express consent,
- and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By purchasing a product, the customer:
- expressly agrees to immediate delivery of the digital file;
- expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal.
Therefore, no refund or cancellation will be accepted once the file has been accessed or delivered, unless legal conditions are not met.
If these conditions are not fulfilled, the consumer retains the right to withdraw within 14 days.
Withdrawal period clarification
The withdrawal period runs from:
- the date of contract conclusion for digital content
If the consumer was not informed of this right, the period may be extended in accordance with Article L221-20.
Withdrawal procedure
A withdrawal request must be made through:
- the standard withdrawal form, or
- any clear written statement
Article 9 – Legal Guarantees
Products benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq.)
- the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
Article 10 – Intellectual Property
All digital products offered on this website (including printable posters, PDF files, visuals, texts, and graphic elements) are protected under French intellectual property law.
Pursuant to Article L.111-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, the author enjoys exclusive rights over their work.
In accordance with Article L.111-3, ownership of the digital file does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
The purchase of a product grants the customer a personal right to use the content, and not ownership of the work itself.
The author retains all economic rights, including:
- the right of reproduction (Article L.122-3);
-the right of representation (Article L.122-2).
The products are intended strictly for personal and private use.
The customer may print the file for personal use only.
Any reproduction beyond private use, resale, sharing, distribution, modification, or public communication of the content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.
Any breach constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code and may result in legal action.
Article 11 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for:
- misuse of the products
- results obtained by the customer
Liability is limited to the proper delivery of the digital file.
Article 12 – Consumer Mediation and Disputes
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge for an amicable resolution. The seller will provide the name and contact details of the chosen mediation body upon request.
European Customers: The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In the absence of amicable resolution, disputes shall be brought before competent French courts. Applicable law: French law.
Article 13 – Contractual Balance and Fairness
These T&C comply with Articles L212-1 and R212-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
No clause shall:
- create a significant imbalance between the parties
- deprive the consumer of legal rights
- limit access to legal remedies
Any clause deemed abusive shall be considered unwritten.
