EN - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers benefit from a statutory withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days for distance contracts.

However, pursuant to Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right does not apply to digital content supplied without a tangible medium where:

  • the execution of the contract has begun after the consumer’s prior express consent; and

  • the consumer has expressly acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.

For digital products sold on this website (printable PDF and PNG files), the customer acknowledges that access is provided immediately after purchase.

2. Express Consent and Acknowledgment

In accordance with Article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code, the seller provides the consumer, on a durable medium, confirmation of:

  • the contract information;

  • the consumer’s express consent to immediate delivery;

  • the consumer’s acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal where applicable.

By completing a purchase, the customer:

  • expressly requests immediate access to the digital content; and

  • acknowledges that the performance of the contract begins immediately.

3. Exclusion of Withdrawal (where applicable)

Where the legal conditions set out in Article L221-28 are met, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

No cancellation or refund request can be accepted in such cases.

This provision applies strictly within the limits of applicable consumer law and does not exclude any mandatory legal rights.

4. Where the Right of Withdrawal Applies

If the conditions for exclusion are not met, the consumer retains the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-21 of the French Consumer Code.

5. Withdrawal Procedure

Where applicable, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending:

  • the standard withdrawal form, or

  • any clear and unambiguous statement expressing their decision to withdraw.

The request must be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

6. Return Conditions

As the products are digital and non-physical, no return of goods is required.

No shipping costs apply.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is legally applicable, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Refunds will be made within the legal timeframe provided by the French Consumer Code.

8. Information Obligation

In accordance with Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer is informed prior to purchase of:

  • the conditions of the right of withdrawal

  • the cases in which it does not apply or is lost

  • the execution conditions of the contract

9. Extension of Withdrawal Period

If the consumer has not been properly informed of their withdrawal rights, the withdrawal period may be extended by up to twelve (12) months, in accordance with Article L221-20 of the French Consumer Code.

If the missing information is later provided, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after receipt of such information.
