EN -Delivery Policy - Digital Products

The products sold on this website are digital content consisting of printable posters, supplied without any physical medium.

In accordance with Article L221-5 of the French Consumer Code, the essential characteristics of each product are clearly described on the corresponding product page.

Each product is delivered in Google Sheets and/or Excel  format (high-resolution files), designed to ensure broad compatibility and interoperability with most standard devices and software. Google Sheets and Excel  are a widely recognized format that can be accessed using commonly available applications.

These specifications are indicated on each product’s sales page prior to purchase.

Delivery is carried out immediately after confirmation of payment.

The digital file is made available directly to the customer, typically through:

- a download interface on the website; or

- access to a personal online space

No physical shipping or delivery is involved.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment and software to access and use the digital files (such as a PDF and PNG reader and, where applicable, a printer).

The seller cannot be held liable for any inability to access or use the files resulting from:

- inadequate equipment;

- lack of compatible software; or

- insufficient technical knowledge on the part of the customer
