In the physical world, a product can be packed, shipped, and eventually returned. Digital tools, however, are unique. The moment your purchase is confirmed, you receive immediate, unrestricted access to download the fully functional templates and planners.

Under European Law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), digital content delivered instantly without a physical medium is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Once the files are delivered,  the sale is considered final.

Preserving Intellectual Property

This policy is not just legal ; it is vital to preserving the integrity of my work as an independent creator.

Unlike a physical item, a digital file or Excel spreadsheet cannot be "returned" or erased from a device in a verifiable way. Without this boundary, a template could be downloaded, saved permanently to a computer, and then refunded.

Why I Ask for Your Express Consent

This is precisely why you will find a small box to check before validating your order. By checking it, you give me your express consent to deliver the digital planner instantly, and you acknowledge that you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal.

It is a simple, legal way to ensure that your tools are delivered to your screen immediately, while protecting my work from being duplicated and unfairly returned. It seals our contract with fairness and mutual respect.

In the Event that a Withdrawal Applies

In any exceptional case where the legal conditions for excluding the right of withdrawal are not met, you retain your 14-day right to cancel the contract.

To exercise this right, a formal request must be submitted. You can either download, fill out, or copy the Standard Withdrawal Form available at the bottom of the Refund Policy and send it via email to pelemele101@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
